There is a very thin, invisible layer of protective film on the camera cover part of the case that needs removed. Once removed, you'll see it's scratch-proof.

There are no universal cases and each Galaxy model has it's own specific design to be a perfect fit. In most cases, it is the correct case and solutions to the most common reasons for this are below:

1. There's a screen protector directly on your phone. Since the case is designed to be a perfect fit, the protector will prevent the case from closing all the way. It must be removed. You can add a clear screen protector to the outside of the case to better protect the tempered glass and your phone.

2. The invisible protective films on the insides of the case have not been removed. The film is easy to miss, but will cause the case to not close properly if not removed from both parts of the case.

3. A button covering may need adjusted. The metal strip holding the magnets and button coverings sometimes move when applying the case incorrectly, so just be sure they are lined up before attempting to magnetically snap the case shut. If aligned properly, the top part of the case will easily snap onto the phone and back side of the case.

4. There was a mistake with your order. Our system automatically informs our warehouse which phone case to prepare for shipping based on the customer's selection. There is no manual input on our end. Your e-mailed receipt will reflect the specific model of your phone that our system received from your online order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@yoloyard.com.

5. If you're troubleshooted all these reasons above and your case does not fit (or clearly does not fit based on size), please e-mail us as info@yoloyard.com with your order number and a picture and we'll get back to you right away to solve the issue!

Both the aluminum casing and HD privacy screens are extremely durable providing military grade shock and drop protection. That said, few things are truly unbreakable, but this case and it's screens will easily hold up from normal everyday use and the occasional drop while providing strong protection for your Galaxy.

Yes and no. The case is designed to perfectly fit your Galaxy model so it doesn't move around even the slightest bit. A screen protector on your phone will prevent the case from closing. But, you can add a screen protector to the privacy case to give the glass extra protection without losing any of your privacy shield!

Yes! However, the case will not stick well to a magnetic charger without adding the magnetic ring sticker (which we sell if you need it.) since the aluminum on the case is in the casing itself, not the back screen. But even without the ring, it will still take the charge from any wireless charging station or power bank (including magnetic).

We are a small family business and do not meet state/foreign nexus thresholds requiring us to collect sales tax with the exception of our home state of Illinois. Outside of IL, the transaction is considered an interstate sale. States generally don't require small businesses to pay a sales tax on sales which are shipped out of their state, therefore, we do not collect a sales tax from our customer.
