Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders with a pre-tax total of $75 USD and higher. For our international customers, this policy applies to the following equivalent thresholds in their respective currencies: £60 GBP, CAD $115, AUD $125.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via standard domestic or international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard International Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Domestic Shipping (USA): 3-8 business days
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our warehouse. The tracking number will typically be active within 1-3 business days.
Processing Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 22:00 Central Standard Time (Chicago)
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days. Orders are typically processed the same day, if not within 24 hours, and always within 72 hours max.
- Please Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
Delivery time (handling and transit time after processing) varies by region and product. Most products are delivered within 4-12 business days (Mon-Fri). We use the following shipping carriers for last mile delivery:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YOLO Yard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
YOLO Yard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, our policy is to make it right. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please take a photo of the damaged item and save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim by emailing info@yoloyard.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
YOLO Yard is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
